StarBlend™ Cake Makeup is a highly pigmented pressed powder that can be used wet or dry. Apply dry for a sheerer coverage or dampen brush or sponge for a full coverage application. The long-wear formula was developed to withstand the utmost in extreme performance conditions, including hot stage lights. Available in a wide range of shades, skin tones, primary and secondary colors, plus black and white.

How to use this product:
For dry application swipe brush or sponge on top of product and apply directly to the skin. For wet application, dampen brush or sponge with water, work into a creamy consistency, and apply to skin. Remove with soap and water. Shades of red, yellow, and orange are not recommended for use on the eyes nor blue and green on the lips.
