Mehron Makeup Limitation on Warranty
for Purchases on Amazon.com:
With respect to sales on Amazon.com, due to the proliferation of counterfeit and grey-market products being sold on Amazon.com, Mehron, Inc. will provide, through its authorized resellers, a manufacturer’s warranty of 30 days for products purchased from the following confirmed authorized Amazon Prime and FBA resellers who we have determined are providing genuine, new and authentic versions of Mehron product which were purchased directly from Mehron. Currently, TOP SHELF-BRANDS and BEST SELLER are the only two resellers that we have so confirmed and are the only resellers for which the warranty applies. All returns are to be made through and handled by the authorized reseller. The warranty does not include damaged or lost items due to misuse. Customer is responsible for inbound shipping charges to send the product in for warranty inspection. All products will be examined to confirm the product falls under the warranty. The responsibility of the Mehron reseller under the foregoing warranty shall be limited to, at its option, a credit or replacement of the product in question.
